Douglas Pyle, Owner & President
Douglas founded Source Solutions in 2009 to fill the knowledge and skills gap left by traditional training companies and to bring a high-end provider of custom training solutions to the market. Douglas has more than 15 years of experience as a Windows engineer, IT trainer and product evangelist and has been a regular presenter at Microsoft launch events and conferences. He has worked closely with Microsoft product teams over the years to develop custom training courses and seminars on Lync, OCS, Exchange Server, System Center suite and Windows OS. He holds MCT, MCSE, MCSA and CISSP certifications and specializes in Microsoft communications software.
